I'm excited to announce a new venture in my life, event management. Yes, I had so much fun at the Hispanic Heritage Festival this year that I decided to put up my own shingle and start my own event management company, DFW Festivals Event Management. My first event, NavidArte, is a collaboration with Latinos TX Magainze. Latinos TX Magazine is all about fashion and art, all wrapped in a pretty Hispanic cultural bow. During this event, guests will enjoy the latest fashion trends from great designer Salvador Medina displaying his best holiday couture. If you know me, you know there will always be an element of giving back to the community. Therefore, we will be donating to the CUTX Charitable Foundation, supporting victims of violence, child advocacy, food insecurity, and the special needs community. In addition, we are also donating to The Concilio. This beautiful non-profit supports Latino families in the DFW area whose mission is "To build stronger communities by unlocking opportunities for Latino families." I love them!
