In honor of #EarthWeek and the theme #PlanetVsPlastics, CrossFirst celebrated with a “How Green Are You?” competition! Employees spent the week making more #sustainable and healthier choices and then submitted their participation in activities to earn points. Some of the eco-friendly activities included using reusable water cups and utensils, unplugging unused electronic devices, washing clothes with cold water, converting paper bills into paperless billing, and much more.

Each year, employees nominate their colleagues for the Extraordinary Service Award. The winners are people who embody our core values, leverage their strengths to deliver outstanding performance, and show dedication to our promise. Deposit Services Analyst Jaime Hurt is one of those extraordinary people. Here’s some of what her teammates have to say about her: "She uses her strengths every day and always tries to reach for the balcony of the strength. She is a selfless person and wonderful team member.” Congrats Jaime!   #OneBank #SharedVision #ExtraordinaryService
